ECAO Welcomes New Executive Director

ECAO

November 16, 2017

Mark Lloyd and the Board of Directors of the Electrical Contractors Association of Ontario (ECAO) have announced that Graeme Aitken will be assuming the role of Executive Director on December 11, 2017.

For the past five and a half years, Graeme has been with EPTCON Ltd., a Cambridge-based high-voltage EPC contractor overseeing labour relations and contracts.  During this time, Graeme also served on various EPSCA committees, the Board of Directors and as President of the ECACO, member of the ECAO Line Committee and Provincial Line Committee, on the ECAO Board of Directors, and as an alternate to the ETBA.

With over thirty years of experience in the unionized construction industry across Canada, and a particular focus in the Province of Ontario, we are confident that Graeme will provide the stewardship and professionalism we seek from our Executive Director.  Graeme has a unique blend of legal education (LL B and LL M), apprenticeship training (309A journeyperson), and professional development (various programs in ADR, negotiations, and administration as examples) that he brings to his role as an advocate for ECAO members.

Please join us in welcoming Graeme to the ECAO.
