This year’s Annual General Meeting, held during the conference plenary, marked an important leadership transition for EFC. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Umesh PatelMattr, who concluded his term as Chair of the Board of Directors. We are grateful for his exceptional leadership and dedication this past year.

We are pleased to welcome Luc RodierGuillevin, as the incoming Chair for the 2025–2026 term. Luc brings a strong vision for continued growth and collaboration within our industry.

Leadership changes were also announced within the National Advisory Council (NAC). Our sincere appreciation goes to Kim Quelch, Dainolite, for her impactful leadership over the past year. We now welcome Greg Gare, Electrozad, as the new NAC Chair, and we look forward to the Council’s continued progress under his guidance.
