A major manufacturer of cable management solutions has announced the launch of its next generation of cable glands designed to deliver fast and simple installation, with secure and inspectable termination.

The business manufactures and supplies cable glands, cleats and accessories to customers across a wide range of industries, including marine, oil and gas, renewable energy, data centres, BESS, rail and industrial markets.

Building on its longstanding engineering expertise, CMP has launched Fortra, a new range of cable glands developed with the needs of installers and engineers in mind, combining ease of installation with the safety, reliability and superior performance required in demanding environments.

The launch reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation and product development, underpinned by continued investment in its UK manufacturing operations, advanced equipment and technical expertise.

Speaking about the new product launch, Vince Patterson, CEO at CMP said: “The launch marks a significant milestone for CMP.  Our new range, Fortra, reflects our commitment to innovation and to being a reliable partner to our customers.

“We’ve developed the range with the demands of real-world applications in mind, while investing in our people, facilities and processes to continually improve how we deliver.
