BCEA has announced Ken Coates as one of their keynote speakers for the event. 

Ken is a passionate public commentator who brings a deep understanding of past and present realities together with compelling ideas about Canada’s future. He is Canada’s Research Chair in Regional Innovation and brings experiences from around the world to shed light on Canada’s strength and weaknesses when leading conversations about issues that matter most to Canadians.
