Stelpro Appoints New Director, Customer Services

Effective immediately, Marie-France Desjardins will manage the before, during, and after-sales services— the project department, the technical support team, and the order desk and return/credit authorization teams. She will implement all systems and technologies deemed necessary to assure the most efficient of these services to deliver satisfaction guaranteed. The roles and responsibilities of the various positions, the key performance indicators as well as the training procedures will all be reviewed and optimized. Suitable actions and behaviours that help drive Stelpro’s daily business, both before and after sales, will be highlighted.

Marie-France Desjardins has worked for nearly 20 years in the construction industry, 10 of which were spent with two different general contracting firms where she assisted in project & call service management. A Stelpro employee since 2006, she most recently held the position of Head of Projects & Major Accounts, where she played in an integral role in supporting and measuring a team of representatives in project strategy and hit ratio. Desjardins reports to the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing.
