Ontario Dispute Adjudication for Contruction Contracts Annual Report

Adjudication and prompt payment provisions of the Construction Act came into force on October 1, 2019. ODACC is responsible for administering adjudications and for training and certifying adjudicators. 

Section 14.(1) of Ontario Regulation 306/18 requires ODACC to issue and make public its Annual Report no later than ninety days after the end of each fiscal year. ODACC’s fiscal year ends on July 31, annually.
