Brady’s BradyJet J5000 colour label printer creates photo-quality colour labels for indoor use in a single pass, while reducing label supply inventory and waste.

“The BradyJet J5000 printer is an ideal on-demand labelling solution when you need impactful, full colour labels that include photos, graphics, logos, text, barcodes and more,” says Lori Aeschbacher, Brady’s global product manager for benchtop printers. “When you can create full-colour labels at fast print speeds, you can efficiently and effectively create signs and labels for a safer workplace, while also having more time for other critical tasks.”

Brady’s BradyJet J5000 printer features

  • up to 4800 dpi print resolution and 16 million colour possibilities for clarity and fine detail on photos, graphics, illustrations, text, barcodes and more
  • up to 6-inches-per-second print speed allowing users to print 5,000 labels per day
  • large, separate ink cartridges for each colour of ink to optimize materials and allow individual replacement
  • indoor vinyl and polyester label materials with a specially formulated topcoat to enhance colour, label appearance and protect from smudging and harsh conditions

“The use of colour in workplace visuals helps to grab employee attention to better convey information, simplify learning and add clarity for reduced chances of miscommunication,” adds Aeschbacher.

This new inkjet printer produces 2-8 inch wide labels on continuous and die-cut label materials. These labels can be used for a variety of applications, including safety signage, GHS labels, lockout labels with photos, department signage, asset management, lean/5S visuals, pipe markers, facility signage and more. In addition, the BradyJet J5000 printer uses Brady Workstation label app software for simple label creation.
