Eaton Cold Shrink Cable Accessories

Eaton adds to its medium-voltage cable accessory product line with cold shrink rejacket and metallic shield adapter sealing kits. Installation is easy using cold shrink technology – simply position the core over the cable, pull the plastic ripcord to unravel the spiral core, and allow the EPDM sleeve to shrink down onto the cable. Mastic strips are used to seal areas of inconsistent diameter.

  • Puncture and tear resistant
  • Wide application range
  • Compatible with jacketed concentric neutral, tape shield, longitudinally corrugated, wire, and UniShield cables
  • Maintains seal and has prolonged life in various environmental and aging conditions
  • Meets the water seal requirements of ANSI C119.1
  • Recyclable core
