Legrand Extends Outdoor Product Line Warranty to Three Years

August 18, 2026

Legrand has announced that it is extending the standard limited warranty on its Outdoor Product Line from one year to three years. Effective August 15, 2026, the enhanced coverage reflects the company’s confidence in the durability, reliability, and long-term performance of products engineered to perform in the most demanding environments.

Built to last and now backed even longer, the three-year limited warranty also gives customers a meaningful advantage: competitors in this category still offer just one year of coverage.

What’s Covered

For purchases made on or after August 15, 2026, the new three-year limited warranty covers the following Outdoor Product Line solutions:
  • Outdoor Rooftop Box
  • Outdoor Ground Box
  • Outdoor Power Pedestal
  • Outdoor Charging Station
  • Networked EV Charger

A Commitment to Customers

“This warranty upgrade is more than a policy change — it’s a promise and commitment to our customers,” said Megan Knedler, Senior Director of Product Management, Wiremold & Connectrac. “Legrand’s Outdoor Power solutions are designed and tested to withstand the elements and deliver reliable performance in the field, and the extended warranty now stands behind that commitment for years to come.”

Availability

  • The three-year warranty applies to eligible products purchased on or after August 15, 2026.
  • Updated warranty language will be reflected across legrand.us, My Legrand, EZ-Project, and product documentation ahead of launch.
