Alberta Electrical Association Scholarships Available. Apply Now

The Alberta Electrical Association’s Calgary Region and Capital Region Electric Club are each awarding three scholarships this year. Deadline for applications: July 31.

The Calgary Region is offering a $2,000, $1,500 and $1,000 scholarship to dependents of Calgary Region members who live and work in Southern Alberta. The Capital Region Electric Club is offering three $1,000 scholarships to dependents of members who live and work in Alberta.

Applicants are not required to attend school in Alberta. Their applications will be evaluated on the basis of academic performance, contributions to the community, employment, field of study, and an essay.

To date the association has funded over $100,000 in scholarships and bursaries for members and their children.
