CORE commercial single cores are manufactured in several different standard plate sizes that go up to 31” (787mm) and are shipped in sections of maximum 36” (914mm) in width. Sturdy construction and aluminum framing allows our commercial cores to withstand up to 12” of the pressure differential between the airstreams and protects the exchanger from possible damage during assembly. These cores are suitable for commercial and light commercial applications in flow rate ranges of 500 to 10,000 CFM. Water wash-ability, 0% cross-contamination and antimicrobial/viral behavior of our membrane make these cores a perfect choice for schools, health care and facilities where hygiene and maintenance are key concerns. For flow rate ranges higher than 7,000 CFM we recommend using CORE commercial Multicores to reduce the pressure drop across the exchangers.
