E.B. Horsman & Son Announces Two Promotions, One New Hire

E.B. Horsman & Son has promoted Juri Vuletin to the position of Director — Industrial Sales & Supplier Relations and Reg Galati to the position of Director — Projects, Corporate Contracts and Indigenous Community Industry Relations. Matthew McNamara has joined E.B Horsman & Son team as the Divisional Lighting Manager.

In Juri Vuletin’s 18+ year career in the electrical, data communications and process instrumentation fields, he has held various management, account management and business development positions. Over that time period he has covered customers in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba while working with electrical suppliers, customer, and competitors.

In his new role, Juri will focus primarily on the Industrial and Institutional customer base while building relationships with our key industrial supplier partners. In addition, he will be responsible for the company’s process, instrumentation and automation business in the Western Canadian markets we serve.

Juri will be transitioning from his data communications divisional role over the next number of months. His official start date in the Director role was March 1.

Reg Galati started his career in distribution working various roles, from sweeping floors in the warehouse to Inside Sales Manager. His past experience also includes Technical Sales Representative and Industrial Sales Manager in the electrical industry. Prior to coming to EBH, Reg held the position of EPC Manager for Eaton Crouse Hinds servicing the BC and Saskatchewan markets.

In his new role, Reg will focus primarily on large projects and corporate contracts while building relationships with key project suppliers. His wealth of knowledge with our customers and vendors will position him well to help grow the company’s project business and help customers thrive. Reg will work closely with the Projects Division, industrial specialists and project champions to help drive continued growth across Western Canada.

Matthew McNamara comes with over 25 years of sales and lighting experience in Western Canada. He also holds a lighting certification (LC) from the National Council of Quality Lighting Professionals (NCQLP) and has taken part in countless hours of training with such industry leading lighting manufacturers as Philips by Signify, Eaton Lighting, Hubbell Lighting, LEDVANCE, and GE Lighting.     

Matthew has tremendous industry experience including business development, account management, technical support and divisional team leadership across BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. He joined E.B Horsman & Son team as the Divisional Lighting Manager on February 11.
