Winnipeg-based 3-Phase Electrical prides themselves on the high calibre of work they produce and their attention to detail, always ensuring that all work is performed to the highest possible standards. Their success is attributed to understanding their customers’ needs and continuously exceeding customer expectations.

Their expertise is facilitated by a solid foundation of careful planning and diligent scheduling, both of which are key elements to delivering projects successfully. Their project teams continuously monitor schedules and have the required experience to determine the most efficient work methods, ensuring a cost-effective approach and a project delivered on-time and on-budget.

3-Phase also has a full-service division ready to maintain their work once their project team leaves the jobsite.

In the 16 years since their inception, their team has worked hard to establish 3-Phase Electrical as a presence on construction sites and businesses in and around Winnipeg. That has enabled them to be among one of the most respected electrical contractors in the industry.

Their owners, John Gigliotta, Vince Audino, and Brent Prusak each have over 32 years of industry experience.

3-Phase is committed to providing the highest quality of work, which includes acute attention to detail and safety protocols. 3-Phase has been a COR safety certified company since 2004.

Jobsite management and safety management with respect to electrical operations and the coordination of those activities will ensure that all staff, public and construction worker are safe.

Site safety protocols are reviewed with all construction personnel on a regular basis, and complete weekly schedule overviews are held on site to ensure that all trades are aware of planned construction activities and the corresponding safe work procedures.

This approach keeps all staff and operations in tune with the timing and sequencing of the key construction operations, mitigating potential service interruptions that may impact operations.

3-Phase has undertaken some major projects, including the Winnipeg Dairy Plant for Parmalat Canada. The facility and process have been designed and constructed to exceed Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and National Dairy Regulation and Code Sector Interpretive guideline requirements for dairy processing facilities and in full compliance with HACCP principles.

3-Phase Electrical is a full-service firm specializing in designing, building and maintaining electrical systems for commercial, industrial, institutional and retail construction.
Their in-house CAD department provides the needed flexibility to design and quote jobs quickly and accurately, allowing the job to be completed on or before the scheduled completion date.

Through attention to planning, coordination and details, they create customized plans that avoid conflicts and solve design problems before we even get to the field to ensure a quality installation that meets the customers’ needs and specifications.

They also provide service and maintenance, LEED and sustainability, infra-red scanning, directional boring, bucket truck service, underground cable locating, power smart upgrades, and electrical project management.
