On January 15th, Great Place To Work (GPTW) hosted its first series of webinars on Women in Leadership with Carol McGlogan, EFC’s President and CEO. With a record number of registrations (70 total), Carol delivered a powerful message on the importance of diversity and inclusion within the electrical workforce. “We know that there’s definitely a talent pinch and shortage within the industry,” says Carol, “And we know that to attract the best talent we need to have a diverse and inclusive community.”
