EIN Nedco GM2 400

March 6, 2020

Anshul Mathur has been appointed to the position of General Manager, Nedco West. This appointment is effective March 30, 2020. Éric Léveillé has been appointed to the position of General Manager, Nedco Quebec effective March 9, 2020.

Anshul started his career as an Electrical Engineer with Hydro One in Ontario before taking on a Team Lead role at Worley Parsons in Edmonton. Anshul relocated to Ontario three years later to pursue his MBA and thereafter took on a new challenge with Ontario Power Authority as Manager, Procurement Operations. At around the same time, Westburne was exploring the Renewal Energy market and Anshul joined the Rexel family as Business Development Manager, Renewables in July 2011, helping Rexel gain a strong market share. In the past 9 years, Anshul has progressed through the organization and this included a special assignment to Rexel Chile. He is currently the National Business Development Manager for the Rexel International Projects Group and has led a high performing team that has won over $100M+ in profitable Project Business. He is also currently engaged with Nedco in improving Canada-wide processes as well as ensuring Rexel delivers on key projects in the execution phase.

Anshul is well established in the Electrical Industry and has relationships with key Vendors and Suppliers. He is an Electrical Engineer and holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Toronto. In addition, he is a licenced Professional Engineer.

Éric brings over 20 years of experience in sales and management. He held various positions throughout his 18 year tenure with 3M where he started as a Sales Representative and progressed along the Sales Management track to assume the role of National Sales Manager of Electro and Energy division. Most recently, he was Vice-President, Sales and Operations for UAP Inc., a company specializing in distribution and merchandising of automotive replacement parts and accessories. While with UAP Inc., Éric was able to successfully implement a new business strategy, which resulted in double digit sales growth and expansion of the business; identified and implemented operational efficiencies; and ensured focus on world class customer service.

Éric was able to accomplish success in previous mandates by mobilizing his team of peers and direct reports and working in a collaborative and transparent way. For that reason, I am confident that he will be able to promote a respectful workplace that values people, encourages teamwork, and supports inclusiveness.
