Women in Leadership Roundtable “How Women can Help Women”

EIN BCEA Women 400

June 11, 2020

BCEA Women’s Network invites you to our round table with Renee Lytle and Teegan Lucas: Women in Leadership – How Women Can Help Women.

Renee Lytle

Renee has been in the distribution industry for 25+ years, spending her first several years at Neptune Foods (now Gordon Food Services) before joining EB Horsman in 1997.  She loves the people side of the business which is the foundation of success in sales, operation and strategy.  Renee has been fortunate to work alongside many industry leaders and is inspired daily by the efforts of the people around her.

CFO, EB Horsman & Son

Teegan Lucas

Teegan started her career as an electrician.  “After taking a break as an electrician  i thought it had been long enough, but I wasn’t convinced that the job site was where I wanted to be… wouldn’t it be perfect if there was a job that paired both my experience as an Electrician and my affection for customer service.”  She now celebrates her first year anniversary with Eecol, and she is looking forward to many more. Most of all, she enjoys the culture that’s come with the job; so much that even after moving to North Vancouver, she still happily makes the long drive to work at the Eecol Surrey branch.

The session is free to BCEA members, non-members can join the conversation with a $10 donation to BCEA’s charity, West End Boys and Girls Club. Contact bcea@bcea.bc.ca
