New Napolean NS18 Heat Pump and Air Handler Series

On the hottest days of the summer and the coldest of the winter, the Napoleon NS18 heat pump and air handler is keeping homes comfortable.

This new series is an all-in-one heating and cooling system for year-round comfort — 100 per cent heat in the winter, and 100 per cent cool in the summer.

“The NS18 series will heat your home when it’s cold outside, yet act as an air conditioner when it’s hot,” says Christian Romeroll, HVAC, Managing Director of Napoleon. “It is a versatile and efficient system that will require less maintenance while delivering the ultimate in-home comfort, no matter the weather outside.”

The new series includes the NS18 Heat Pump and the 18 Seer Air Handler.

The heat pump has newer, more efficient technology that features a variable inverter compressor and vapor injection technology to heat a home in temperatures as low as -30°C (-22°F) and cool it on sweltering days as hot as 54°C (129°F) — the widest operating range in the category. It also operates on electricity, helping homeowners reduce their carbon footprint without sacrificing comfort and reducing energy costs.

The air handler is a great upgrade to a home’s heating and cooling system. Low profile and quiet with multiple installation options, it blends into the background as it maintains a balanced, comfortable temperature in the home, no matter the season.

It features a multi-speed Constant Torque (CT) ECM blower motor and a fully insulated cabinet design with an integrated filter rack to facilitate tool-less door access. It requires zero clearance whether it is installed vertically or horizontally, enabling it to be installed easily in closets or alcoves.

The NS18 Series is compatible with any standard heat pump thermostats, smart thermostats or smart home systems working on 24V.
