Intralec Announces the Retirement of Bill Roest

Intralec, a leading manufacturers’ rep in Ontario, has announced the retirement of Bill Roest, a valued member of the Specifications Sales team, effective June 28, 2024. After 17 years of dedicated service at Intralec Electrical Products, Bill has decided to embark on a new chapter to enjoy his well-earned retirement.

Bill Roest joined Intralec in 2007, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise that quickly made him an indispensable part of the team. Bill has been instrumental in driving sales, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth and success throughout his tenure. His deep understanding of the industry and commitment to excellence have earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients.

“Bill’s retirement is not just a personal milestone but also a significant event for Intralec. His dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to our customers have been a cornerstone of our success,” said John Hadley, VP of Project Sales at Intralec. “We are immensely grateful for his contributions and wish him all the best in his retirement. Bill’s journey with Intralec has been marked by numerous achievements and milestones. His ability to navigate the complexities of specifications sales and deliver tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs has been exemplary. He has played a key role in several high-profile projects, consistently demonstrating his exceptional skills and knowledge.

As Bill prepares to embark on this new chapter of his life, he reflects on his time at Intralec with fondness. “Working at Intralec has been an incredible experience. I am proud of what we have accomplished together and grateful for the friendships and memories I have made. I look forward to spending more time with my family and pursuing personal interests,” said Bill Roest.

This summer, a retirement celebration in Bill’s honour will be held at Intralec’s headquarters in Mississauga.
