LOVATO Electric expands its range of surge protection devices with the new SG13PA…RUL cULus certified, designed for the North American market

Among the new offerings is the SA1F34A275R surge protection devices with an integrated fuse and “no leakage current” feature, combining the performance of both Type 1 and Type 2 surge protection devices in a single product.

Additionally, LOVATO Electric introduces new SASD surge protection devices for data lines, Type C2-D1, suitable for protecting 24VDC BUS and telephone lines.

This expansion positions LOVATO Electric as a key player in the sector, offering a comprehensive range of solutions for surge protection devices, including Type 1 and 2 models for AC systems, protecting primary distribution panels from direct and indirect lightning strikes, Type 2 surge protection devices for intermediate panel protection from induced overvoltages, and Type 3 for the protection of end-use equipment.

The company further offers surge protection devices for photovoltaic applications, including Type 1,2 and Type 2 models for systems with rated voltages from 600VDC to 1500VDC. The range also includes surge protection devices for data line protection, including RS485, Ethernet, and telephone lines

With this new offering, LOVATO Electric reaffirms its commitment to providing reliable solutions for the protection of modern electrical infrastructures.
