ECAO Announces Cancellation of 2025 Low Voltage and Systems Integration Symposium

May 26, 2025

The 2025 ECAO Low Voltage and Systems Integration Symposium has been cancelled due to lower-than-expected attendance, largely attributed to the event’s location.

“While this was a difficult decision, we believe it is the most responsible course of action to ensure a high-quality experience for our members, exhibitors, sponsors, participants and speakers,” said ECAO on their website.

“We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you purchased a ticket, please note that refunds will be issued automatically through Eventbrite in the coming days.”

“To our Exhibitors and Sponsors– we are incredibly grateful for your support and commitment, and we want to ensure you continue to benefit from meaningful exposure and networking opportunities within our industry. To that end, we would like to offer you an exhibitor booth at the same rate for our upcoming Joint Leadership Conference on October 23, 2025—a joint event hosted by ECAO, MCAO, and CLRAO at the Toronto Congress Centre. This opportunity also includes complimentary event tickets, providing added value and access to a broader audience of industry professionals. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, we will process that for you.”

The ECAO AGM will proceed as scheduled on Thursday, June 5th at 8 a.m.

Moving forward, the Low Voltage and Systems Integration Symposium will be held every two years in Toronto, starting in 2026.
