39C Series Colour-Coded Power Crimp Terminals

June 9, 2025

9C Series colour-coded power lugs are built to make electrical connections fast, reliable, and mistake-free. Made from annealed heavy-duty electrolytic copper and tin-plated to resist oxidation, these lugs combine strong conductivity with mechanical durability – no cracking or breakage even under vibration or bending.

Why Choose Colour-Coded Power Crimp Terminals?

  • Quick Identification: Tongue markings indicate wire size for proper insertion, while coloured barrel stripes guide you to the correct crimping die—minimizing errors and ensuring a reliable connection.
  • Full Insertion Check: Each terminal’s tongue is stamped with wire size, and an inspection hole lets you verify the conductor is pushed in correctly.
  • Oxidation Resistance: Tin plating keeps connections clean over time.

39C Series includes the following models:

  • 39C Standard-Length (one hole): Standard type, Ideal for general use.
  • 39CL Long-Barrel (one hole): Extra-long barrel for added pull-out strength.
  • 39CL-D Long-Barrel (two holes): Superior mechanical resistance when two-point mounting is required.
  • Colour Coded Butt Splices: BSCL range of connectors are designed for jointing low voltage conductors in heavy duty applications.

All 39C series Power Crimp Terminals meet cULus (UL486A up to 35 kV) and EN 61238-1/CE standards.
