Procore Advances the Future of Construction with New AI Innovations at Groundbreak 2025

October 27, 2025

Procore unveiled new AI capabilities built directly into its intelligence layer, Procore Helix. With these latest AI innovations, Procore customers will be able to simplify the automation of complex workflows, gain critical project insights, and optimize project outcomes across every phase of construction.

AI is rapidly changing the technology landscape and has the potential to dramatically improve project delivery, but it also increases the risk of fragmentation. A recent Forrester study shows that nearly half of all respondents consider AI to be the most critical technology for third-party services, emphasizing the need for integrated solutions[1]. Procore aims to take a forward-looking approach to solving this challenge by building its powerful AI technology directly into its Procore Helix intelligence layer–without the need for integrations.

Procore Assist Features New Photo AI, Multilingual Support, and Mobile Capabilities

Procore Assist serves as a conversational AI assistant that provides contextually relevant answers on-demand. With Procore Assist, customers are able to find information needed from specs, RFIs, submittals, and building codes in seconds. This solution now delivers greater value to customers through new, robust features including:

  • Photo intelligence – allows customers to summarize project progress and provide safety insights from analyzing jobsite photos.
    • Multilingual support – broadens support for field teams by enabling Spanish and Polish speakers to ask and receive answers in their native language.
    • Mobile support – delivers Procore Assist search, reporting, and voice capabilities directly to customers’ mobile devices.

Procore Agent Builder Enters Open Beta; Delivers Custom AI Agents to Boost Productivity

Procore Agent Builder allows customers to automate workflows by building custom AI agents to meet the unique needs of their business. Now in open beta and available to all customers, this solution enables teams to create agents from scratch using natural language prompts. Users can also leverage a collection of pre-built Procore Agents – like the RFI Creation Agent, which instantly generates RFI content and searches project documents for answers, reducing the time it takes to get critical information from days to seconds, preventing costly delays on the jobsite. In addition, the Daily Log Agent can help automate jobsite reporting, ensuring real-time, accurate documentation needed to manage progress, resources, and compliance.

With no coding or AI experience needed, customers are using Agent Builder to create intelligent, job-specific automations for repetitive tasks like drafting RFIs, managing submittals, and generating daily logs and summaries, while significantly improving project efficiency and productivity.

“AI innovation is a powerful force, and customers are looking to us to deliver solutions that amplify the power of the Procore platform they already trust,” said Steve Davis, President, Product and Technology at Procore. “We’re harnessing the intelligence of Procore Helix and extending its capabilities to the broader ecosystem to enable customers and partners to build and deploy the most advanced AI solutions, while ensuring project data is working together to provide customers with the most accurate and actionable insights. This speaks to our unwavering commitment to shape a future where innovation is secure, scalable, and directly aligned with our customers’ long-term success.”

“Procore Agent Builder makes creating custom agents remarkably simple, allowing us to quickly automate routine tasks for our project teams,” said Brian Nahas, Director of AI at Mortenson. “With its advanced intelligence layer, Agent Builder opens up new opportunities to enhance project oversight, reimagine our workflows and transform how we operate onsite.”
