Juno Introduces Reimagined Recessed Track System

November 2, 2025

Juno has announced the launch of its reimagined Juno® Recessed Track System (TREC2), delivering a modern, installer-friendly solution for achieving configurable recessed track lighting in a wide range of ceiling environments. It’s engineered for easy installation, helping contractors save valuable time on site.

Juno’s TREC2 system offers a refined recessed housing compatible with Juno T Series (Trac-Master®), TU Series (two-circuit), and R Series (Trac-Lites™) tracks. The design provides the same superior Juno Trac performance you expect while providing the clean, minimalist appearance of a recessed system.

“With this launch, Juno delivers a refined recessed track solution that combines simplicity, reliability, and support for a flawless installation – making it a top choice for today’s lighting professionals,” said Jacob Yager, Product Manager, Juno. “We’re focused on the details that matter most to installers and specifiers, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience from design through installation.”

Key Features

  • Effortless Installation: Minimal components, bolted assembly, and detailed illustrated instructions ensure quick, intuitive setups. A dedicated installation video and “Extra Hand” tools make the process even smoother, reducing labor and increasing confidence.
  • Expanded Configurability: Create T, X, L, or straight layouts using standard Juno connectors. The system is available in 4′ and 8′ lengths and can be field-cut for custom fits.
  • Ceiling Compatibility: Ideal for T-bar, drywall (new construction or remodel), lay-in, or wood ceilings, with standard accommodation up to 1″ thick – expandable to 2″ using accessory screws.
  • Open Creativity: Offered in classic white or semi-gloss black, and fully field-paintable to match any interior. The low-profile aesthetic integrates cleanly into any architectural style.
  • One to One Matching: Integrates seamlessly with Trac-Master, Trac-Lites track, end feeds and joiners – providing consistent performance across new or existing installations.

Whether designing for commercial, retail, or hospitality environments, Juno’s newly reinvented track system simplifies the process while elevating the outcome.
