Special Events
Panel Discussion: Who Moved My Light? | Friday, March 6th
Real talk between lighting, architecture, and interiors. Victor Quezada (Lighting Designer, AES), Andrea Greenway (Interior Designer, Ste Marie Studio), and David Guenter (Architect, SHAPE Architecture) bring decades of combined expertise to this dynamic conversation. They’ll share candid behind-the-scenes stories from projects, surprising insights about what really happens during coordination, and practical lessons you can apply immediately to elevate your own work.
Expect conversational energy, humour, genuine insight—and maybe a few friendly disagreements about who gets final say. This is an engaging 60-minute exploration of what makes collaboration truly work, what breaks it, and how thoughtful coordination transforms good projects into exceptional spaces from three award winning designers.
Hosted by Sai Venkat (Mac’s II Agencies). The discussion will be followed by networking, giving you the chance to connect with panelists and fellow attendees. Open to lighting designers, architects, interior designers, and anyone who cares about how great design really comes together.

This event will guide you through creating a watercolour painting of the Vancouver skyline—something you can frame and display long after the event. Stencils and example paintings will be provided, but there’s plenty of room for your own creative interpretation.
