The IDEAL® Digital Insulation Meter 61-797 is an essential tool for professionals to ensure insulation is functioning safely and effectively.

Insulation Tester

Insulation can fail due to various factors such as mechanical damage, vibration, extreme temperatures, dirt, oil, corrosive vapors, and moisture.

During installation or routine maintenance, this meter detects capacitive, absorption, and leakage currents, helping prevent potential injuries or equipment failures. Rated CAT IV 600V for safety, it offers test voltages ranging from 250V to 1000V. It features a bright, backlit display, digital reading with analog arc, auto discharge, and continuity test. It also has auto power off function, low battery indication, a protective rubber boot, and comes with a handy carrying case.
