At WSP, Chisholm helped develop and now leads his sustainability team’s energy services consulting practice, assisting real estate leaders to take the necessary steps towards a sustainable climate-positive future. Since 2010, the group has identified technical energy conservation measures at buildings across Canada totalling the equivalent of over 250 million kilowatt hours and $20 million annually in utility bill savings, and $300 million in property valuation benefit.
