Melissa Cook Joins Hammond Manufacturing as CSR

Melissa Cook is now Hammond’s Customer Service Representative for the company’s Canadian Rack and Cabinet Group, based in Guelph, Ontario. Melissa fills a vacancy left by Christine Walker, who moved to work with Hammond Electronics.

Melissa has over 10 years of experience working in customer service and joins Hammond from Penske Truck Leasing, where she held the position of Customer Experience Specialist. Although new to the industry, Melissa is already knowledgeable about Hammond from having serviced Hammond in her role at Penske. “I am so happy to have been chosen to be part of the Rack Sales team at Hammond Manufacturing”, said Melissa. “I can’t wait to see what the future has here at Hammond Manufacturing.”
