Canadian Apprenticeship Forum Creates Platform for Apprentices’ Feedback

Apprentices in Canada e-panel is a new online platform that collects feedback from apprentices on their training experiences. Participants can provide input on the issues, challenges and limitations they face by completing a few brief surveys each year.
Participant responses are confidential, and will be summarized and reported along with responses from other Apprentices in Canada panelists.
Their feedback will be used to
• better understand the experiences of apprentices/journeypersons
• discuss the needs of those working in the skilled trades
• inform public policy and programs on the skilled trades
Incentives are available: each time participants complete a survey, they will be entered into a draw to win prizes of up to $1,000.
