Standard-Stanpro Officially Complete Merger, Rebranded as Stanpro

Stanpro and Standard Products have officially completed their merger agreement announced in early 2019. They will now operate under the name Stanpro.

The merger makes Stanpro one of Canada’s largest lighting companies. Their products range from indoor and outdoor lighting to architectural, decorative and emergency lighting, as well as lamps and ballast.

With the merger they employ nearly 400 people and are 100% Canadian owned and managed, while possessing extensive business development capabilities at the specification, contractor and end-user levels.

With the announcement they have also launched a new, rebranded website with a new logo.
