ECAO Introduce Future Leader Advisory Council

ECAO is piloting a young leaders group, named Future Leaders Advisory Council (FLAC). Many organizations have established similar groups in a way to engage our younger employees and to build our next generation of electrical industry leaders.
If you or someone in your company would be interested in building this new Council, please contact Cathy Frederickson or Kamakshi Ahluwalia.
FLAC held their inaugural meeting virtually on June 25th.
Being part of FLAC will allow young professionals in the electrical industry to network with their peers and provide an opportunity to influence the future of the industry, while also building professional development skills and preparing them to be the next generation of electrical contracting industry leaders.
