The pace of change has been rapid within the national apprenticeship community over the last ten months. We perhaps understand now more than ever, the benefit of staying connected. CAF-FCA remains committed to bringing the Canadian apprenticeship community together to highlight promising practices in apprenticeship and provide a forum for collaboration and formulating joint solutions.
This year’s National Apprenticeship Conference will take place virtually on February 22-23, 2021, from the comfort and safety of your own home!
The conference will highlight initiatives, programs and strategies that help attract and retain top talent. This requires an understanding of how to breakdown the stigma associated with skilled trades careers and engage youth, underrepresented groups, parents and educators to actively promote apprenticeship as a first-choice career path.
