Mike Maierle is the Founder and Principal of ETRO Construction; a general contracting and construction management company out of Burnaby, BC.

What started as a one-man-show at a small folding table in Mike’s basement is now one of BC’s fastest growing businesses where people are at the heart of its success. As the Principal of the company, Mike oversees the entire business, with a focus on business development, relationship building, pre-construction and the continuous improvement of ETRO’s business operations.

With his experience on local and international projects upwards of $300 Million, Mike is a firm believer that relationships are at the heart of every success and is deeply invested in creating unparalleled client experiences and exceptional projects.

Mike was named a recipient of a 2018 Top 40 under 40 award by Business in Vancouver and the 2019 Construction Leadership Award by the BC Construction Association. In 2018, ETRO received a VRCA Award of Excellence.
