Strategically positioned near the TransCanada Highway, the new facility streamlines customer pickups and supports Sonepar Canada’s environmental commitments. The warehouse offers improved logistics with seven dock doors, a drive-in bay, and 32-foot ceiling clearance.

The LEED Silver–certified facility integrates key sustainability features:

  • Wi-Fi–connected Level 2 EV charging station
  • Rooftop solar PV array
  • Stormwater reuse system for washrooms
  • 100 per cent electric warehouse fleet

“We are proud to deliver a facility that not only strengthens our operational capabilities in Calgary, but also reinforces our commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices,” said Chris Golf, President, Texcan.

Texcan will also launch its second Texcan Solution Centre at this location—an interactive space showcasing Southwire SIMpull Solutions® and hands-on training. The first centre is located at Texcan’s Vancouver head office.
