APPrO 2021 Woman of the Year Award Open for Nominations

Women in Renewable Energy (WiRE) is pleased to open nominations for the APPrO 2021 Woman of the Year Award!

Nominee must stand out as a leader who has contributed significantly to the expansion and improvement of their field of energy technology and/or emerging energy technology sector. This may be demonstrated by the nominee through excellence in areas such as: business leadership, volunteering, policy and advocacy, technical advancement / research and development, project development, community engagement and public adoption of technologies, providing a role model contributing to the advance of women in the sector. The nominee must be a woman working in Canada.

This may be demonstrated by the nominee through excellence in areas such as:

Volunteering
Leadership
Policy and advocacy
Technical advancement / Research and development
Project development
Community engagement and increased adoption of renewable energy technologies
Being a role model contributing to the advancement of women in the sector
