IPEX Announces Acquisition of Harco

EIN IPEX Harco

April 12, 2022

IPEX has announced that as of Friday, April 1, the acquisition of the Harrington Corporation (Harco) is official.

This is a joining of two great companies that gives IPEX an expanded presence and exciting opportunity for continued growth in the US.

To welcome their new colleagues, around 25 IPEX employees from manufacturing, supply chain, finance, human resources, and engineering travelled to Harco’s seven manufacturing plants and distribution centres across the US. The day one activities included an introduction to the IPEX business and Q&A session with the IPEX team. Everyone then had the opportunity to socialize and get to know each other more informally.

Over the coming months, the IPEX and Harco teams will work together to better understand and use each other’s strengths to continue providing exception service to their customers.
