Coming January 2026: A New NSAA Apprenticeship Management System (AMS)

NSAA is launching the Apprenticeship Management System (AMS) in early January 2026. AMS will provide a faster, easier, and more transparent way for apprentices and employers to manage apprenticeship activity.

For Apprentices

AMS will allow you to:
  • Register and manage your profile online
  • Track your progress and skill sign-offs
  • Schedule exams and receive updates—all in one place

For Employers

With AMS, you will be able to:
  • Register apprentices and monitor progress more efficiently
  • Access records and updates whenever you need them
Employer Administrator Setup

Information on selecting your Employer Administrator will be posted here closer to launch. Please check back for onboarding instructions and required details.
