City of Brampton approves the Purchase of 10 Electric Buses
Brampton City Council has given the city’s transit authority the green light to purchase up to 10 battery-electric buses and four high-powered overhead electric charging stations as part of a multimillion dollar trial run aimed at lowering carbon emissions and fuel costs.

Société de transport de Montréal to Purchase 40 More Electric Buses
The Société de transport de Montréal has announced that it plans to accelerate its electrification plans with the purchase of 40 additional electric buses. The STM has three electric buses being tested as part of the Cité Mobilité project. The transit agency plans to buy several different types of electric buses.

New Solar Installation Unveiled on the Ktunaxa Nation Government Building in Cranbrook, B.C.
Members of the Ktunaxa Nation and residents of Cranbrook, B.C., will gather to celebrate the unveiling of a new solar electricity system on the roof of the Ktunaxa government building on the weekend of September 30th.
