Diverse Electronics Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification

June 15, 2017

The company received a certificate in early June from the British Standards Institute (BSI) confirming its registration under ISO Standard 9001: 2015.

“Businesses have to adapt to meet the growing needs of customers,” says Rick Masciotra, President of Diverse Electronics. “Diverse Electronics’ decision to become ISO 9001:2015 certified is a proactive one that not only anticipates the demands of our customers, but also demonstrates our commitment to providing quality products and services.”

To become ISO 9001:2015 certified, Diverse underwent an evaluation process that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances, all of which work to identify corrective actions that eliminate non-conformance to the quality management standard.

Founded in 1993, Diverse is a Canadian-owned franchised electronic component stocking distributor with a division dedicated to production consumables, tools, equipment and supplies. Diverse and its Production Tools & Equipment division present product solutions from more than 100 world-class manufacturers; www.diverseelectronics.com
