Join EHRC in Montreal for Agents of Change, a powerful, two-day conference focused on advancing fairness, representation and belonging in Canada’s electricity sector. Hosted in collaboration with Women in Renewable Energy (WiRE), the event brings together leaders, HR professionals and sector partners for learning, practical tools and inspiring stories to support underrepresented workers.

  • Farah Khan, nationally recognized advocate for consent and survivor support 
  • Rita Baga, celebrated drag artist and 2SLGBTQ+ champion 
  • Tealey Ka’senni:saks, respected Indigenous advocate with over 18 years serving the urban Indigenous community in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal. 
  • Pamela Cross, leading expert on intimate partner violence and workplace safety.
