Brady i7500 Industrial Label Printer

January 15, 2025

Brady has launched the i7500 Industrial Label Printer, their first open-core printer featuring Brady’s exclusive LabelSense™ Technology. This technology enables seamless communication between the printer, materials and software, resulting in more efficient and automated labeling tasks. Designed for high-volume, high-speed, and high-mix labeling, the i7500 addresses longstanding customer pain points, offering a solution that doesn’t require expert knowledge to operate.

“The i7500 eliminates a range of tedious, time-consuming tasks that customers have been struggling with for years,” said Matt Luger, Global Product Manager, Camden. “It’s incredibly exciting to see customers not just satisfied with the printer’s innovations but truly enthusiastic about how the i7500 transforms their workflow.”

Key Features of the i7500:

  • Zero Calibration for Blank Labels: The i7500 automatically detects part size and spacing, ensuring it prints correctly on the very first label-no more wasted blank labels.
  • Intelligent Print Settings: Automatically adjusts print speed, offsets, sensor mode, and sensor location, eliminating the need for trial-and-error tests and preventing unnecessary waste.
  • Auto-Centering Ribbons: The i75-Series ribbons auto-center, ensuring the ink is always facing the right way. The printer also alerts users if there’s a mismatch between the ink type and the installed label material.
  • Quick Ribbon Changeovers: With changeovers in just 40 seconds, the i7500 features easy, safe ribbon removal and an intuitive loading process.
  • One-Click Label Setup: Streamlined label creation with Brady Workstation for effortless setup.
  • User-Friendly Touchscreen: The 7-inch touchscreen guides users step-by-step through the printing process, making it intuitive and easy to use.

“The i7500’s innovation places Brady ahead of the curve by offering the best customer experience on the market,” said Dustin Stumpf, Director of Global Product Management – Systems at Camden.

“This launch results from years of collaborative effort from teams across product management, R&D, sourcing, manufacturing, operations, marketing, sales, and channel partners. It truly represents a One Brady effort on a global scale.”
