Northern Cables Cable Guide, Custom Armouring & Jacketing

In Canada CSA International is accredited as a Certification Organization (CO) and as a Testing Organization (TO) by the Standards Council of Canada. The CSA mark means Northern Cables products have been tested and meet applicable standards for safety and performance. CSA International Representatives perform field audits at their facility to ensure compliance.

Custom Armouring & Jacketing

Northern Cables Inc. provides custom interlocked armour services on other manufactured cores supplied by the customer. The most common materials for armour are aluminum or galvanized steel. Choice of material thickness and grade can vary depending on the physical p-opert1es required by the end user. Other materials are available upon request.

In addition, Northern Cables can provide custom jacketing services on supplied cores including armoured cables. These Jackets are available in a range of colours with custom printing. Length Marking in meters and feet is also available. PVC jackets are resistant to water and sunlight, meet FT 4, have low acid gas are rated to minus 40C, and are available in a variety of colours. Other thermoplastics are available on request.
