2024 Quebec Region Women’s Network Lean In on Negotiation

EFC’s Women’s Network is a platform where women and supporters of women of EFC member companies can come together, share their experiences and thoughts, and support each other in a welcoming and relaxed environment.

EFC’s Quebec Region Women’s Committee aims to provide a space for women in the industry for open dialogue and to help improve their professional and personal lives. With this in mind, the Women’s Committee is organizing a Lean In session on leadership this September.

Join EFC’s Women’s Network and share your thoughts, ideas, and experiences in the electrical industry on April 4th at 4pm to 6pm

Please note that this session is mainly in French, and English will be accommodated.*

In small breakout sessions, members will work on a Lean In discussion guide around Negotiation
