Dave Syer Appointed VP, Westburne Canada

Effective April 24, 2017, Dave Syer will report directly to CEO Roger Little, and will be a member of the Executive Management Committee for Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. 

His responsibilities will include accountability for developing and directing strategic efforts to improve market penetration and ensure profitable growth within Westburne Canada. 

Dave will also be responsible for planning, directing, monitoring and ensuring the attainment of financial and non-financial objectives.

Dave joins Westburne from Sonepar Canada Inc., where he held the position of Vice President, Vendor Relations and Business Development. Prior to Sonepar Canada Inc. Dave held numerous management positions with Hubbell Canada LP, including Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Dave has close to 30 years of sales leadership experience within the Canadian electrical industry.

Dave holds a Diploma in Business, Marketing Management option from Ryerson University.
