NECA Members: Complete a Survey on the Electrical Construction Workforce

Researchers in the Construction Science Department at Texas A&M University in conjunction with Electri International are conducting a study among NECA members to explore factors that attract and retain individuals to management positions in the electrical construction workforce.
The research results will provide workforce recruiting and retention information to help contractors manage their workforce.
Researchers are interested in what attracted management personnel to electrical construction, what motivates them to remain there, and what factors they think influence others to do the same.
Completing the electronic survey should take less than 15 minutes.
