Ideal Announces 2 New Appointments

Tania Lanteigne (left) joins Ideal Industrical (Canada) Corp. as Bilingual Sales Representative for Canada, and Monique Hinds has transitioned to the role of National Championship Coordinator.

Tania brings a wealth of experience to her role from her administrative background in the automotive industry, where she worked with dealers in Quebec and Atlantic Canada. More recently, she graduated as a paralegal, and has more than four years of experience in the legal field.

Monique Hinds has been with Ideal for over 13 years. In the newly created position of National Championship Coordinator, she will faciliate the championship’s day-to-day Canadian operations. The event is a large-scale competition that showcases the skills of electrical tradespeople.

Monique played a key role in the 2018 championship, running many events held in Ontario and Quebec, and providing internal support during the seven months of competition, including helping to run the Championship Weekend in Florida.
