ECAO Introduce Future Leader Advisory Council

ECAO is piloting a young leaders group, named Future Leaders Advisory Council (FLAC). Many organizations have established similar groups in a way to engage our younger employees and to build our next generation of electrical industry leaders.

If you or someone in your company would be interested in building this new Council, please contact Cathy Frederickson or Kamakshi Ahluwalia.

FLAC held their inaugural meeting virtually on June 25th.

Being part of FLAC will allow young professionals in the electrical industry to network with their peers and provide an opportunity to influence the future of the industry, while also building professional development skills and preparing them to be the next generation of electrical contracting industry leaders.

The Electric Circuit and Groupe Crevier Open Québec’s First Universal Superstation

 

The Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Pierre Moreau, accompanied by representatives of the Electric Circuit and Groupe Crevier, has unveiled a new public universal fast-charge superstation concept for electric vehicles in an environment that brings users a full range of services. The two partners also announced their intention to install fast-charge stations at about ten service stations over the next two years.

ATCO Partners with FLO to Unveil Alberta’s First Electric Vehicle Charging Corridor

 

TCO, Alberta’s leading energy and infrastructure provider, together with FLO, Canada’s leader in electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, have announced the deployment of three fast-charging stations in Alberta’s major cities – the first corridor of its kind in the province. This initiative is made possible by a partnership with Canadian Tire Corporation and Natural Resources Canada.
