In August 2019, CAF-FCA assembled a task force of more than 60 skilled trades stakeholders from across the country. Tradeswomen, employers, labour representatives, educators and equity representatives from multiple trades and regions worked together to identify tactics, establish goals and define success measurements for sustainable change for women working in the skilled trades.
