Acuity Brands Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of Acuity Brands, Inc. have declared a quarterly dividend of 13 cents per share.
The dividend is payable on May 3, 2021 to shareholders of record on April 16, 2021.

Schneider Electric is pleased to announce the appointment of Emily Heitman to the position of Country President, Canada, effective October 1, 2023. Emily succeeds Adrian Thomas, who announced his departure in June to assume a new role as CEO of Hammond Power Solutions.
