November 26, 2021

Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC) is building a comprehensive educational outreach program to support employers in developing sexual harassment solutions that are adaptable to all sizes of companies in the industry. This will include the development of training and learning resources, a safe space mentoring tool and a support strategy and procedure framework.

It will prevent sexual harassment, shift mindsets, and shape attitudes to develop respectful work environments.

As part of EHRC’s research, they are hosting online focus group sessions from December 13 – 17 to hear from employers and HR professionals about their current policies and procedures. The sessions will explore:

  • the nature and impact of sexual harassment in the workplace
  • priorities and preferred formats for the resources under development

Your participation will support the development of practical resources and tools to build a respectful and harassment-free work environment.

Focus groups are scheduled by time zone.
