I sat down with Procore’s VP of Global, Anna Schlegel, who offered up her unique perspective on what DEI efforts mean to her, to the industry, and how Procore is working hard as a construction industry leader to implement best practices to support these efforts, and tackle other challenges, such as the labour shortage.
